Questions

What are your hobbies?
sailing, swimming, playing the piano and the flute, dancing, traveling, reading

When did you get involved in KDE?
I'm in the middle of writing my first article and I'm planning on learning C++ so that I can contribute to KDE more in the future than just helping other users in the IRC. As I'm starting an apprenticeship with languages I'm thinking of helping the translation team when I have the time for that.

Where and when did you see KDE for the first time?
At my brothers' computer whenever he started to use it (around six or seven years ago). :)

How do you contribute to KDE?
I try to help other users in the IRC as much as I can. Unfortunatly, I didn't have the time to really contribute to KDE yet but I hope that'll change soon.

Why is KDE-Women important for you?
Through KDE-Women I started to do more with KDE and I hope that a lot more women will find their way to KDE through this community.

How much time do you usually spend on KDE?
One to two hours a day - depends on how much time school leaves me.

What is missing badly in KDE?
More educational programms so that schools would start to use Linux in class and more students would be introduced to the possibilities Open Source can offer them.

What was your first computer?
Pentium II 133, 64 MB

Which section of KDE is underrated and could get more publicity?
The Edutainment Project because there are already existing very good applications, like KStars.

When did you start to use KDE on a daily basis?
About two years ago when my brother heard about the KDE-Women Project, which was just starting back then, and he convinced me to join the KDE-Women Channel.

What is the worst thing you ever had to do for KDE?
I didn't have to do any bad things for KDE yet and I don't think that would ever be the case.
